Due to our history in representing various industries with a presence in our region, we have served as local and US counsel to several companies headquartered in foreign countries. In many instances, we have served as their exclusive US counsel for needs in various areas as their general counsel including understanding US laws that apply to their business, contracting in the US, structuring US entities to do business in various jurisdictions, intercompany transactions, corporate governance and regulatory matters.
