Amy Hampton

Amy Hampton, a Tulsa native, is a seasoned insurance defense attorney with over twenty years of experience. Before returning to Oklahoma to build her practice, she began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge James J. Morley of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. During law school, Hampton served as an Articles Editor and Senior Articles Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, and her candidacy paper entitled “Population Control in China: Sacrificing Human Rights for the Greater Good?” was selected for publication (11 Tulsa J. Comp. & Int’l L. 321).

Ms. Hampton’s practice focuses on all facets of insurance litigation, including insurance bad faith litigation, coverage disputes, coverage opinions, and declaratory judgment actions. Her practice includes defense of lawsuits ranging from motor vehicle collisions to catastrophic injury or death. Ms. Hampton’s practice includes first party insurance, third party insurance, commercial general liability insurance, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Ms. Hampton is known for her commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes in complex litigation.

Hampton was listed as a Rising Star in Oklahoma Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011 to 2015 and maintains a “Preeminent AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence and ethics.
