Rachel C. Mathis

Rachel C. Mathis has three decades of extensive litigation experience. She has managed thousands of cases, addressed complex matters, and represented clients from local businesses and individuals to national corporations. Her courtroom experience includes high-stakes litigation, taking numerous cases to jury verdict in counties throughout Oklahoma and in federal court.  She has also presented appellate arguments to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mathis’ practice areas include contract negotiations, insurance coverage disputes, employment law, products liability, construction law personal injury defense, directors’ and officers’ liability, medical malpractice and professional negligence.

Mathis has earned recognition as one of Oklahoma’s top legal professionals. She has repeatedly been named among the "Top 25 Female Attorneys" and has been listed among the "Top 50 Lawyers in Oklahoma." She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-reviewed rating, underscoring her reputation for excellence and ethical standards in the legal community.

She is married and has two sons who both graduated from Bishop Kelley High School. The oldest is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and is serving as an officer in the U.S. Army.  The youngest attends Oklahoma State University.
