Roger Gassett

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Roger Gassett has built a broad litigation practice focused on general litigation and appellate matters, with expertise in construction law and commercial disputes. Roger represents clients across cases ranging from small claims to complex commercial litigation. His diverse practice also includes malpractice defense, healthcare law, insurance, tort litigation, and Indian law. Roger is admitted to all Oklahoma state and appellate courts, the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Cherokee Nation Tribal Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Roger has been recognized as an Oklahoma Rising Star in General Litigation by Oklahoma Super Lawyers and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Evidence, Criminal Law & Administration, and Secured Transactions.
