Will Jones

Since joining Pray Walker in 2013, Will Jones has focused his practice primarily on business, finance, commercial, and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing and advising commercial real estate developers, owners, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in transactions involving secured financing, acquisitions, sales, investments, and leasing.  Will also specializes in reviewing and resolving title and survey matters, negotiating commercial business agreements, as well as providing legal opinions and advice regarding secured transactions.

Will is listed as one of “ Oklahoma Rising Stars” by the Oklahoma Super Lawyers and is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and Tulsa County Bar Association. He has served on the board of Art Alliance Tulsa since 2020 and has previous experience in the NAIOP Group for professional real estate.

Will earned his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a business degree.
