A. Grant Schwabe

A. Grant Schwabe, a native Oklahoman, is a seasoned commercial litigator with more than twenty years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex civil litigation. He is widely recognized for his work across a broad range of industries, having successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma and beyond.

Schwabe’s practice spans banking and financial services litigation, real estate transactions, construction disputes, oil and gas matters, and labor and employment actions. In addition to his extensive trial experience, he has handled more than sixty appeals before the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

A respected voice in his field, Schwabe frequently speaks at local and national conferences on legal issues affecting banks, investors, mortgage companies, and loan servicers, including lender liability, banking litigation, and regulatory enforcement. He has also served as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Tulsa County District Court’s Early Settlement Program in cases involving real estate and banking matters.

Schwabe holds an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for professional competence and ethics and has been recognized multiple times as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine.
